In-House License

This license grants the subscriber access to the latest release of the data for the use within one legal entity ('').

This license does not permit the use of the data to render any services for third parties or redistribute the data.

Limitation of Liability

The Licenser shall not be liable to the Licensee for any lost opportunities, lost revenues, lost profits, system downtime, data-loss, or any consequential damages or costs resulting from the use of the licensed product.

In no event shall the Licensor's aggregate liability exceed the total amount actually paid by the Licensee over the course of the subscription.
